The Region

The South of Bahia is marked by history and natural quality. The region is home to some of the most diverse coral reefs on the planet. Every year humpback whales swim over 18,000 kilometres to breed and enjoy the sea currents that supply the region with warm, rich waters.

It is at the beginning of these waters that the Costa Dourada is located. A region of calm and reserved beaches, just over an hour from the airport of the city of Teixeira de Freitas, which has regular commercial flights.

The Beach

Just over 70km south of the Abrolhos National Marine Park is the Costa Dourada. The place chosen to host GOLDEN COAST Beach House. The beach is separated from the BR-101 by a 30km buffer of reforestation and keeps its natural conditions very well preserved. And a few minutes to the south we have the dunes and cliffs of Itaunas.

The GOLDEN COAST BEACH HOUSE is what we can call EXCLUSIVE.

It offers up to 183 autonomous units. Each one of them is bordered by sea water or lagoons. There is more than 81,000m² of natural water surface.

WALKABILITY is an English term that defines how much space is suitable for walking and is related to the fluidity of movement on foot.

In this respect, the GOLDEN COAST BEACH HOUSE is everything a walker wants.

The development has a strip of sand almost 2 km long, but its beach is uninterrupted for over 12 km.

In addition to walking on sand, the development has two other surface options: grass, which surrounds the entire perimeter of the lagoons, and is shaded by fruit trees; and paved, which is designated for the internal circulation of vehicles, but only those powered by electricity and of low speed.
